ONLINE USER AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND INDICATE WHETHER OR NOT YOU AGREE TO ITS TERMS BY CLICKING THE "ACCEPT" OR "DECLINE" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS SCREEN. IF YOU CLICK THE "DECLINE" BUTTON YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY THE ONLINE VERSION OF THIS GAME. THIS REVIVAL SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR FREE. YOU MAY STOP USING THIS REVIVAL SERVICE ANYTIME BY REVERTING YOUR SYSTEM’S NETWORK CONFIGURATION.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement can be accepted only by a person 13 years or older. By clicking the "ACCEPT" button, you affirm that you are 13 years or older and you are accepting this Agreement on your own behalf.

2. LEGAL NOTICE. This project is provided "AS IS" by the AGRF team. This project is not affiliated with Sony Corporation or any of its derivatives, and is only intended for preservation and research purposes. We do not claim any of Sony Corporation's intellectual property as our own. All registered trademarks belong to their respective owners. This project is legally protected as a preservation, education and research effort as per the laws implied by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 17 U.S. Code, Section 1201.

3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The AGRF team does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to terminate this Revival Service at any time at our sole discretion. The AGRF team excludes any liability for server-side data loss, as well as any other claims, damages or losses.

4. PRIVACY POLICY. To ensure operation of this Service we must collect, process and store some personal information that identifies individual users. Your PSN® Username, up-to-date PSN® Friends List and your unique console ID (PSID) is permanently stored, unless you have requested this personal information to be deleted. We do not share this personal information, with 3rd parties or internally. Your in-game stats as well as ranking information is permanently stored and publicly available for anyone with a PSN® account, unless it is invalid or you have requested its deletion. You may request any of your data to be deleted at any time. Should you request deletion of your personal information, you will not be able to use this Revival Service without resubmitting it. The AGRF team disclaims any liability for unauthorized copying and/or sharing of publicly available information and reserves the right to copy and/or share publicly available information without notice.

5. ONLINE CONDUCT. When you play or otherwise interact with the community, you agree to be respectful of your fellow players and never to engage in any behavior that would be abusive or offensive to other players, disruptive of the game experience, fraudulent or otherwise illegal. This includes but is not limited to:

(a) Harassing, intimidating or personally attacking players;

(b) Using language, selecting user or team names or creating any other content that may be racially, ethnically or religiously offensive, sexually abusive or defamatory*;

(c) Discussing politics, religion or other sensitive topics;

(d) "Trolling" other players*;

(e) Using content that is commercial in nature such as advertisements, solicitations and promotions for goods or services, spamming or advertising*;

(f) Sharing sexual or "shock" content ("NSFW"/"NSFL" content);

(g) Falsely representing that you are a member of the AGRF team;

(h) Making a false report of user or staff abuse to the AGRF team;

(i) Violating any local, state or national law, Terms of Service or rules of the platform being used for communication;

(j) Using a cheat code, cheat device or any device that modifies the executable game code or data for gaining an unfair advantage, abusing exploits;

(k) Any attempt to deliberately alter, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Service, including but not limited to modifying the game’s assets.

*Exceptions apply.

6. AGREEMENT VIOLATIONS. If you violate this Agreement in any manner, AGRF may, at their discretion and without notice, temporarily or permanently block your account and/or reset your stats and/or rankings in this Service and any related services.

7. EXTERNAL SOFTWARE. This project uses third-party software components, including "horizon-server". Rights to the third-party software are governed by their respective licenses. The MIT License for the referenced software is available at https://github.com/Horizon-Private-Server/horizon-server/blob/master/LICENSE.

8. MODIFICATION. AGRF at its sole discretion may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the terms of this Agreement each time you log in to play. By accepting this Agreement and by playing the game online, you agree to be bound by all current terms of the Agreement.
